ニュージーランド留学だより
4月からニュージーランドに5か月留学している高校2年生の生徒からお便りが届きました。
July
Term 2 is over and school is closed for about two weeks.I travelled in Auckland with my host family.I arrived about an hour by plane.On the first day, I went to a shopping mall called Westfield Newmarket.There was a Japanese restaurant called IPPUDO inside.I had dinner there.It was really delicious.On the second day, I went to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, an even bigger shopping mall.It was a very big place.That night, I went to the host family's relative's house and had a barbeque.We all had a lot of fun doing karaoke together.I want to spend the remaining two months in a meaningful way.
第2学期終了！2週間お休みなので、ホストファミリーとプチ旅行に出かけたのぞみさん。ショッピングモールに行ったり、ホストファミリーの親戚のお宅でバーベキューを楽しんだりと、充実していますね。

It's been about 4 months since I came to New Zealand. I can understand and speak English better compared to before. The other morning, it was colder than usual, and when I looked outside, there was snow on the mountains. It was very beautiful. There was a party called School Ball on Friday. It's called a prom in America. Everyone was fashionable wearing gorgeous dresses and suits. It was fun to dance with everyone. It became a very good memory. I want to spend the remaining month in a meaningful way.
留学して早くも4か月、日本とは季節が逆なので肌寒いＮＺ。遠くに見える山には雪が・・・。ステキね！
アメリカのプロムにあたるSchool Ball（Ballは舞踏会の意味ですね）に参加したのぞみさん。皆めいっぱいおしゃれをして、のぞみさんもドレスを着て踊ったのねー！
残りの日々を大切にしようという決意！でした。
